Hello guys!
Today, let's have a look on your elbow! ๐Ÿ’ช

The wrist extensors are a group of muscles that are responsible for bending the wrist.ย 
These small muscles that connect into the elbow are often subject to overuse, especially during racquet sports.

The tennis elbow is an inflammation of the tendons that join the forearm muscles on the outside of the elbow. This leads to pain and tenderness on the outside of the elbow. ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ


Equipment needed : table and 2-pound dumbbell or other type of weight (little bottle of water...).


Rest your forearm on a table and bend your wrist up and down with your palm face down as shown.

So tag a friend with a Tennis Elbow and share the wealth! ๐ŸŒŽ๐ŸŒ
