Suboccipital Stretch - 2 Fingers

Hello, it's the big time! Let's start our new year in the good mood! ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’ช How? ๐Ÿค”
For this exercise, you will have to draw your chin downward towards your chest as your fingers assist in adding a stretch to the back of your head!

This kind of stretch can help with your headaches of Tension

Before to start anything, please to be sure, this exercise suit you.
