Levator Scapulae Stretch

Hello hello, the doc is back! 👨‍⚕️

Today, I will show you a little stretch for your neck 👌

How to do that? Place your arm on the affected side behind your back and use your other hand to pull your head downward and towards the opposite side. You should be looking towards your opposite pocket of the target side.

Why? Levator Scapulae syndrome

What is it?🧐 It's a condition in which the Levator Scapulae muscle becomes irritated and inflammed 🔥🔥
