Hello hello! Today we keep going with the same injury, your iliotibial syndromeย ๐Ÿ‘จโ€โš•๏ธ๐Ÿ‘จโ€โš•๏ธ

For this exercise it's pretty easy :

In a standing position, cross the affected leg behind your unaffected leg.

Next, lean forward and towards the unaffected side while using your arm for balance support.

Easy, no? So now it's your time!ย ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช

So tag someone you know with this injury and share the wealth!
