Hello guys! What is a costovertebral sprain? 🤔🤔👨⚕️ Costovertebral joints attach the ribs to the spinal column. Although traumatic accidents can injure these joints, more often they get misaligned when reaching and pulling at an awkward angle, or even by violent coughing or sneezing. In addition to back pain, you may feel chest pain and have difficulty breathing! So today it's time to talk about 2 exercises : ➡️ TUBING PULL Backs ▶️Start position : Grip tubing near the middle. Raise your arms to shoulder height. ▶️Exercise : Pull tubing by pulling your shoulders back and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
➡️ HUNCHBACK PUSH-UP ▶️Start position : Hunch your back and bend your elbows
▶️Exercise : Straighten your elbows
