Rotator Cuff & Injuries

November 6, 2018

Hello guys! Today it's time to talk about your shoulder 👋👋

The rotator cuff is a group of four muscles that help stabilize the shoulder. They also aid in movement.

The rotator cuff is a commonly injured area. The most common injuries are strains, tendinitis, and bursitis.

Here is a good exercise : Wall Walk! 💁‍♂️💁‍♂️

-Stand with your shoulder about 2 feet from the wall

-Raise your arm to shoulder and walk your fingers up the wall as high as you can

So tag a friend with any shoulders problems and share it 🌍🌍

YOUR HEALTH IS YOUR Wealth! 😌😌😌
