First, what means Tennis Elbow?

 

It's a condition in which the outer part of the elbow becomes painful and tender often due to overuse. Pain is usually worse at night time 🌃💥🔥🔥

 

Signs and symptoms?

✨Pain from activities that use the muscles that extend the wrist

✨Radiating pain from the outside of the elbow to the forearm and wrist

✨Weakness of forearm

✨Pain worse during rest

✨Pain on the outer part of the elbow

 

How use ur HURLING Ball?⚾⚾

➡️Find a wall and place the ball

➡️Extend your wrist

➡️Put pressure into the ball

➡️Curl your fingers and flex your wrist
